Total base hero rating??

I recently hit 9.5m when the new side quest started this month and now logging on today I am back down to 9.2m What is going on? Below is an image back when i hit said number i told my alliance.

Down below is also an image of my what i assumed is now bugged rating. Where did almost 300k go?
