Are 7 star ascension crystal shards in the game?

I remember a dev note from back in Nov 2025, that ascension crystal shards were going to be made available. Have they been added to the game yet?

You’re free to open crystals now, you’ll gain retroactive rewards from November until the launch date of ascension for all duped champions during that time.
