Bullseye is landing Critical Hits through Well-Timed Blocks

See Sinister triggering his Critical Hit Regen while Parrying, even though Bullseye shouldn’t be able to crit here.

This one’s pretty bad, a high-profile defender ignoring one of their built-in weaknesses ain’t very fun.

even though I have cleared all of the spider punk stages in the dimensional arcade, it will not allow me to unlock the final stage. Please help.

To unlock it you have to clear the other levels after choosing expert difficulty. Click on the smaller skull icon to toggle easy and advanced mode.

He did. Bullseye isn't supposed to crit or instant bleed through well timed blocks
