How Can i Report someone for global chat harassment

Wondering if we can put a stop to this cryface who is literally bullying everyone in global, because he-she thinks they have the right too.. i hate people who just bother people for no reason

Disable global for good, that's your best move. Even if you report and managed to get rid of this one, there are probably more lurking on Global.

because he is worried he will get banned since he stays on global day / night bullying and being toxic.. i agree with this post people that make others feel small should not be allowed to chat whatsoever, if you dont got nothing nice to say dont say it at all.
