missing O Canada challenge rewards

Yesterday, I completed the Carina Challenge O Canada task, but it didn't count.
My team is the 4-star:
Sabretooth,
Sasquatch,
Guardian,
Wolverine,
Old Man Logan.
When I try to send a request to Kabam Support, I get a message saying that my email or password is incorrect. Please HELP.

You need to create a zendesk account or login with a Google account. It’s not connected to Kabam ids.
