Battleground missing rewards

This season I was lacking elder's mark and energy was low too, so I decided to run first fights on low cost, due to the coliseum high energy requirements. The result was unexpected, usually after first 5 fights I was supposed to get the former season rewards, but now I had a bit of time and energy and tried ranked BG, after buying from shop the required marks. I advanced in rank and get rewards for this, but the ranking rewards are still missing. Maybe I did sth. wrong, but it looks like a bug to me.
