How come Mr Sinister isn’t an AQ: Ramp Champ?

This IMO is a big miss.

Hopefully in near future Sinister will be tagged as an AQ: Ramp Champ.

i think the point is to encourage players to use/upgrade actual ramp up champions, and to highlight their value as well as to dust them off. ex. Sabretooth, Northstar, Sentry, J. J. J, …

(i think this is a good thing, especially with Coliseum, gives more value and a place to shine for these other champions that don't get enough love because they're not fast enough to win in 20 seconds in BGs).

Mr Sinister is already good for everything else: BG (offense and defense), AW, Story content, everest content..

Sinister has near constant willpower which means you finish most fights at 100% health. Plus there’s no inequity mastery hindering his damage. Kabam just cannot allow it otherwise players won’t spend revives. No revives, no profit for Kabam

correct! easy to overlook though, as he’s absurd in a single fight, and more so with 3 (uncontrollably rando) charges when awakened.
