Tech Awakening Advice

I love throwing r4 sentinel on defense and having him awakened would make him that much better but Fant isn’t in the basic rn. I’ve got a r5 6 star ascended Fant but if I awaken my 7 star I know he’s a good dual threat. I had been saying I would awaken sentinel all this time but I finally got Fant with banquet. Thoughts?

what’s the damage comparison and/or survivability on a max 6 star sig 200 to a r3 or 4 7 star sig 200. With all the cosmic nukes rn I’m leaning towards sentinel
