Black screen after phase ends crucible kang

Made it to phase 4 and screen went black it sent me back to phase 2 now every time I finish a phase it goes to black. Sent a video to kabam and they basically in a round a bout way said… o well…. My time units and effort to finish a long special quest where you get one champ per fight is just down the drain? With nothing but basically O well? WOW
