mr negative has the problem where the unfazed mastery makes him unfeasible on attack for competitive content like bgs and war

now that hes in the ascension pool, is there any plan on doing something about this? shocker can disable limber and okoye can turn off mystic disperion, so why cant mr negative disable unfazed? its not like he would be overpowered on attack, just a simple one line change
