11 sort of makes sense tho.. you need to pull champ 11 times to get them to Sig 200 similarly you pull them 11 times for max ascension
I don’t know, the complexity of ascension is not what I have a problem with. It’s how Kabam is going about implementing it for new champions and hard locking the base pool for me.
Op is wrong cause what this does is eliminates 8*s for atleast an extra 3 yrs
Every 2 ascensions is equivalent to a full "rank". So basically as soon as ascension 6 drops, rank 6 will be useless and outdated
Interesting take. So using that comparison, sig ability is better and gives more free choice. Reason being you unlock sig ability on dupe. With class ag, or a generic awakening gem. With ascension you get champ specific equivalent to an awakening gem.
With sig ability you can get sig stones and use them by class or generic. This doesn't exist for ascension.
So with that take, in a long term view, I think 8* would have given more freedom of choice for increasing champs you want to use, how to use them, and so on.
If we take 11 levels to ascension, how will that impact 8 stars in the future.
A fully ranked 6 star 200 sig ascended champion can match a R3 unawakened 7*s Pi.
Given that what Pi would a 7 star sig 200 R6 fully ascended champion to Lv 11 look like. Does that mean that a R1 8 star will have the same Pi as a R5 7 star champion. Would that not break the balance scale of champions?
2 ascenions specifically isn't equivalent to 1 rank. Its worth less than 1 rank
You’re assuming 8 stars will even be a thing in the foreseeable future. Ascension has 11 ranks to stave off having to address making 8 stars for as long as possible
