I noticed that Hercules' damage was reduced after the game update when using him in AQ.

same here, day 1 of AQ and i'm struggeling. He makes hardly any burst damage, maybe only 10% of what i was used to.

What do you expect Kabam thought no one was gonna notice the nerfs. I deadass still believe they nerfed him along with Hulkling and Valk silently but had to cover themselves when the community caught on. It doedoesn't help they changed Nimrod Kit and thought no one else would notice

This is the month Hercules will get buffed, as stated by Kabam in the Valkyrie and Hulking post (they confirmed Hercules was impacted too).

So if you are comparing him to 5 months ago or so, then yes he hits for far less damage, but will be fixed this month. If you are comparing him to last week then it's a different problem, hope that's not the case

I use Hercules for years in AQ Map8. I realy do compare him to the Herc until 2 Weeks ago

You are right he does less damage after last update. I've done some testing:

-after the "Armor Pen Bug", Hercules wasn't dealing increased damage when is armor penetration reached the maximum allowed value. For example in the RoL Winter Soldier fight, he wouldn't deal increased damage after 4 Feats of Strenght

-after March Update, Hercules doesn't deal increased damage at all. Armor Pen is completely useless, no matter how many Feats of Strenght he has

I had a table ready for the comparison between "bugged" Hercules and "fixed" Hercules, similar to the one I posted for Valkyrie in her thread. If I filled it with today's data after testing this would be the result

From what I understand, his charges aren't scaling the damage; playing him without charges and with 12 charges results in the same damage.

So far, there's been no response from Kabam regarding this bug. Especially during AQ week, when most people use him to attack.

Was this caused by the behind the curtain work you guys are doing on Herc for this month fix? Was it completely unrelated?

If I had to guess, I'd say Hercules Feats of Strenght are not going to give him armor pen anymore, but they are giving him a straight vigor/attack increase. Armor pen was removed too early and no vigor was given. Am I too far off?

edit: normaly, I'm not the one crying für compensations, but it realy took a lot of reviews on day 1 of AM. Usualy, I finish itemless…

Using him right now and does the same damage as yesterday. Feats of Streanght still don't increase his armor penetration

20 days since bugged was found, one week to the end of March. Not only he hasn't get the buff to compensate for the armor penetration changes, he is still bugged and doesn't increase his damage with feats of strenght at all

What are the plans for the bug? Are we still getting Hercules fix this month as announced in the Valkyrie and Hulkling post?

Appreciate the response, but come on, that's not true and you just need to enter one fight with Hercules to notice.

I'll send you the screenshots anyway. As previously stated in this thread, feats of strenght armor penetration is bugged. You see the red numbers, burst damage, increase, but not the white numbers of basic damage. It was not the case before: every feat of strength used to increase Hercules armor penetration and consequently his white/yellow damage.

We are still waiting for his update announced in the Valkyrie and Hulking post. To clarify: his white damage stopped increasing after 5-6 Feats, depending on the fight, and we are waiting for him to be buffed to compensate, as were Valkyrie and Hulking.

This thread also points out the is doubly bugged, because now his damage doesn't increase at all

You are probably right I should just let go, who cares about a 6 star champion in 2026 right? But how this all situation was handled left a bad taste in my mouth...

Armor Pen nerf was originally found months ago, using Hercules in AQ, but was not shared with the player base until it was brought up to new attention thanks to Hulkling and Valkyrie
Hercules was not fixed along the other 2, but we were told to wait until March
Hercules suffered from another bug, always related to armor pen, but different from the previous one. No expansion was given. We were told it was an "easy fix"
Where are we today? We are told the second bug was solved a long time ago, but it wasn't, and replicating it in game takes 10 seconds (see screenshots above). We still don't know what is causing it. We still don't know if it is a consequence of the armor pen fix for Hercules, and when can we expect that to drop

I am the first to admit I don't really need to use Hercules for anything right now, but Herc is a fan favourite champion, who a lot of people would like to come as 7s soon. And this shouldn't be the way to handle a situation anyway. Expecially telling the bug was fixed when it really wasn't.
