Please make changing alliances easier

I really do appreciate all the updates to the AQ ecosystem. (I mean I am not a fan of the grinding for ally coliseum but that's a discussion for another time). But as the leader of an alliance could we please try to figure out some better system for swapping people in and out of alliances? I try my hardest to be a stand up guy and never boot people before they get their rewards, but with Ally Coliseum, Raids and now Rampant Evo AQ all starting on Mondays several hours before rewards from the previous week have come out it makes it almost impossible to bring people in without someone losing rewards they worked for.

During regular AQ we specifically run it Tuesday to Friday, despite the fact that none of my ally wants to run aq day 4 Friday night. But its the only way to be sure we can get everyone their rewards when they move on for whatever reason.

I am not sure what the best idea would be. Some options I see would be to move Ally coliseum to start Tuesday or Wednesday. Similarly Rampant AQ could run Tuesdays-Sunday. There is probably a thousand other options that others could come up. But please can we do something so that changes can be made without people missing rewards.

Thats the entire point of alliance events all starting and ending at different times though. Its prevents alliance hopping and leeching of rewards. Yes, it sucks for the the rest of the honest players out there, but you can always count on the few to ruin it for the many. Kabam did it this way to force people to choose which rewards they wanted the most. For some its aw, others its aq, others its bgs etc etc.

I get what you are saying (and I think it is a dumb policy to do in general). But I am not talking about bgs and AW rewards being staggered around. I am specifically talking about aq and its various variants no longer having any time between their runs. And I am fine with people deciding for themselves to leave without rewards, I am talking about having to remove people, usually for prestige reasons, that are not looking to leave on their own. There should be more than one day per month that I can do that without screwing them out of aq rewards.

Thats not kabams fault for your alliance insisting on high prestige. Thats a choice by your alliance. Therefore, kabam is under no obligation to give yall extra time to find new players simply because you want to require a certain prestige.
