Missing EQ Offers.. Intended or Bug?

I completed classic difficulty and explored elder. Didn't receive any offers.

I usually bought those offers for the 30% boosts and revives.

I just don't know if its a bug or not that they're missing, it would be really dissapointing if they were removed intentionally.

If its a bug tho, maybe we can get them in the mail to buy?

Same here. But I could buy 400 units offer. Higher offers didn't appear after

the offers came in today, delayed by like 2 days, but still its great to see them, already bought the 1k one
