Missing Empowered Grace Crystal after claiming milestone reward

After completing the Classic exploration milestone and claiming the rewards, the crystal that should appear in the crystal tab does not show up.

Steps to Reproduce:

Complete the Classic exploration milestone in the event.

Claim the milestone rewards (the one that includes the Empowered Grace Crystal).

Go to the Crystals tab in the crystal vault.

The Empowered Grace Crystal does not appear even though the reward was claimed.

Expected Result:
The Empowered Grace Crystal should appear in the crystal vault after claiming the milestone reward.

Actual Result:
The crystal does not appear in the crystal inventory.

Screenshots attached showing the claimed milestone and the crystal tab where it should appear.

Was there any update on these? I completed this quest the first day it was out and didn't get the empowered grace crystals for it, I assume because ascension wasn't out yet?

Those crystals in your pic for Monthly EQ rewards milestones are 7* SIG STONE CRYSTALS.

Thats the point. The Empowered crystals are not there. I had the same issue. Still waiting on Kabam to send them out.

Ah, OK. Wasn’t clear, thought they were saying the PURPLE crystals shown were the Empowered ones (that they then didn’t see anywhere). Not that the milestone crystals were incorrect, because Empowered ones are White.
