I understand the 0%. It’s the -40% that’s got me confused

Each stack of bleed gives you a flat 25% chance to cause a poison debuff during a special attack 1/2. You need at least 2x bleeds debuffs to have 10% chance to cause a poison by using your special 2.
Special 1 is mostly used to cause poisons, and special 2 is mostly used to cause bleeds (heavy attacks works too)

Each bleed on your target increases the chance of applying poison by 25%, so if you have 2 bleeds it will be 10% 3 will be 35% etc.
