Game is crashing and now won't open

I was doing the founder showcase was fighting spider punk when the game crashed (im on android) I closed the app opened it restarted the fight and part way through the fight another crash. Now my game won't open at all and says ill need to update once the game provider fixes the bug anyone else experience this

Was in the Founder's showcase fighting spiderwoman and it crashed for me. Now its not opening at all. Any fixes?

I'm on iPad and it crashed on me a couple of times. Once in AW and once in the AW showcase. Was able to reconnect though. Something is up with the new update.

Been happening to me for months. I thought it was because I had an old Ipad Pro, but now bought a new ipad pro and it was fine for a week or so and back to crashing again (multiple times a day). Normally mid-fight or just after a fight has started. Seems to recover back to beginning of fight which, while not the end of the world in arena or content, is an immense pain in BGs. Especially as by the time you have restarted the app, you only have 30 seconds or so left of the round.

I reinstalled the game and it was working. But then I did the founders war again and it crashed. And again it won't let me launch the game again.

I'm getting really annoyed at this, especially since I was so close to completing it and getting the rewards!

Happened to me as well while fighting Modok in AW showcase on Android. Made a post in general discussion bit got no reply, so I believed it was just me. Good to know it wasn't just me.

Restarted my device, cleared cache and everything, still nothing.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex Any update on it? Still cannot access the game. Uninstalled it and reinstalled and was able to access the game but it crashed again and doing the same.

I experienced the same issue. Was fighting Spider woman in the Alliance War showcase and the game froze and crashed. Now it won't boot up again.
