OP is complaining (shouting) about empty claim button. They know the associated rewards are in part two, as this is not the first time we have had this.

it could easily have been that the poster could have had a resource/image bug, not loaded into their game correctly. So might have been showing empty or blank reward item.

That's actually what I thought at first too.

In most all other cases, steps that you need to do before getting any type of reward are shown (see #/7, #/3 objective just above in opening pic), the 1/2 in question would be further down within the objective, not at the top of the objective)

Steps, vs “sub-steps”. Actually I'm not sure I recall some of the higher level Steps never having rewards themselves (blank), and so OP probably has never recalled that either.

And just an FYI to clarify why here, as to why they didn’t just make it a single Major Step, with a 2 level Sub-Step (like most cases) is that the 2 different steps are for doing different fights (not the same thing just repeated). But you'd think they would have tossed in some amount of something for that first reward level. Even if just a tiny bit of something so it doesn’t look like something is missing.

Wut?? The reward is the 3 radiance magik tokens. The other objective is

That would be partial reward for not actually doing the challenge. The challenge is to defeat the grandmaster. That path happens to be the easiest. And kabam is forcing you to take that path
