Monthly EQ titles

This is my 5th time writing this bc my forums are bugged, so I’ll keep this short.
Titles are available for lower-progression players and are unavailable for higher-progression players in the Monthly EQ. I wanted to bring attention to this, and request that titles are made cumulative in the Monthly EQ so Valiants can get cool titles currently unavailable to the (like Goblin Queen or Winged Witch)
