How lucky is this?

I’ve not seen anyone talking about this title, I got it with one of the greater goblin crystals and am very pleased. Wondering how rare it really is? Anyone else seen it? 🤔

I think it’s just for the jackpot of 250 goblins, so maybe not that rare after all. I enjoy being a lucky goblin though haha
