I just want to say the game is great but so many own goals scored by Kabam is making Mcoc lose at everything right now

Nothing is going in the right direction for years to come

Kabam’s model - Produce a great banquet every 2-3 years…. Otherwise, perpetual sales, Mail it in on the rest and hope that’s good enough.

As cooked as it gets, there's literally nothing else like it or even close. At least not on mobile. So doubtful.

I feel like we have the "we're cooked" "we're so back" cycle at least three or four times a year. Essentia and Ascensions are both swings and misses. We'll see how things go with the new title and the new Act next month if Kabam course corrects.

I do find it odd that Kabam seemingly does everything exactly the opposite of how it should, and yet the game has survived for 11+ years.

honesty it’s fine. It’s a free game with cool graphics and a ton of characters that look cool. perception is shaped by the fact that the loudest voices are those with complaints so we think it’s in disarray but 100k of people play everyday it’s in a fine state

I’m okay with Ascension because I tailored my expectations and knew it was mainly meant to boost underperforming champs. It has some flaws but it’s fine.

Essentia launched in stupid way but it’s a very easy fix.

We have some challenges coming along with act 9.4. And the later this year we should get fortress assault. So we have some good content ahead of us. I think the game will be fine. Like Finalfuryk said above the game cycles between hits and misses.

They might return after a few months break based on my observations

Yeah burnout is a real concern. My alliance players are less engaged than ever with a lot of the modes like AQ and War. I feel like they are trying with AQ as there have been a lot of alternatives to that but standard war is DoA.
