6 star magik

I'm not sure if this applies to everybody but one of our new objectives for this month is to complete a quest with a 6 star magik. I've seen many people complete this but I still do not have a 6 star magik. How do I get one? Is this a bug? Is she in crystals, is that the only way to get her?

She's in rewards for the Goblin event.

Do the BG Objectives (both from Marks and Energy), get shards, open crystals to get points towards Solo Event, claim Solo Event Milestones, 6* Magic easily reached (Dup requires more luck with crystal openings to hit 2nd Magic).

Or, see her in Solo Event milestones, and just work backwards.
