So, between Blue Marvel and Sentry which is the better science ramp champ?

Thinking I will R3 either Blue Marvel or Sentry for long form content. Which of the two do folks think is better? Do either of them need high sig to be effective?

Not to mention the sp3 regen makes you basically immortal, Blue Marvel is like the Walmart version lol
