Does The Support Function Actually Work?

Sorry if this is the wrong category for this, but i’ve been trying to get thru to Suppprt for days and have had no success. Is it even on? i put in the correct email and password for my account the am told it’s wrong. when i choose to an email to reset my password that email never arrives… yes im checking my spam folder…any ideas guys? thanks for your help

You can’t login with a Kabam account. Need to use a Google account or create a zendesk account.
