Ignore and mute not working?

Would someone be able to explain to me why I can still see posts from someone I put on my ignore list? Am I missing something in the settings? I'm also able to see a post that I muted for some reason. Is anyone else having this problem?

Do step 1 on Forums config wheel

Then, step 2 , and click on Mute

You can still see the posts and comments it's just won't be opened normally until you tap it, like I don't see who posted above me because user is in my ignore list.
