The New Women's Day Event is a Massive W

Prepare yourself for some incredible glaze but I'm not sorry. I am so happy to have something good to say about the game.

The new Women's Day event is amazing! It's so much fun and reminded me of how older side events used to be. Honestly playing it made me excited to play other parts of the game like incursions and the new Carina's challenges.

I loved how the quests and the opponents highlighted each champ's strengths. I loved getting to use some of the coolest characters in this game. I loved that the quest wasn't a million fights long and I didn't have to swap champs after every fight. I loved that I didn't have to replay the quest dozens of times.

It was an incredibly fun, self contained event. Do quest. Get reward.

And the rewards are great. The profile pics especially. Medusa donning her crown is my favorite so far. Reminds me of Amber Glenn lol.

I love this god of war 1 (Greek trilogy) reference. Hell I love god of war and I am sooo on fire for the remake.

This event is very much a win! It actually forced me to understand how certain characters worked (that I never really use) without punishing me for not knowing 🤣 Never knew what the hype was about Kitty but I know now! Great way to teach players about a character, while also being fun and not so demanding! MASSIVE WIN THAT SHOULD BE NOTICED AND CELEBRATED 💯

Great event. I like the objective linked to the champion's kit that forces you to learn what is good about them.

This is what side quests should be. Fun for older players because you are taking lesser uses champs (only referring to Sorcerer Supreme here) and newer players to understand the gameplay better. Plus right difficulty and decent rewards.

Yes it was a fun event and rewards were sweet. Got a 7 star bp and white mags but still quick and easy to do so did not mind much. Maybe luck will improve next time giving better rewards.

Ya this was a win for Kabam along with Vol. 4 of Carina's Challenges, this was like a good nostalgia type side quest and how these should be like going forward. Not overly grindy and highlighting different champs you might not use, although Medusa and Kitty are pretty known, but its content that you dont just onslaught/serpent/nico through in 2 minutes and call it a day, or have to spend 8+ hours then rely on luck for good rewards

Yeah, I agree. I actually really liked the "short, easy quest that explains your champ's abilities" format. Like, a lot. I think it was an excellent way to introduce the champions. I wouldn't mind if this became a reoccurring feature to explain how new champs worked.

It doesn't have to be for every new champion. I don't need an explanatory quest to explain a champ who relies on the tried and true "just boink the opponent on the head until victory" formula. But if you have a champ who is a bit more tricky to understand or who has a completely new mechanic or something, it might be nice to have a quest like this to explain that to players.

I tried to read the dialogues but gave up after quest 1... sorry vincent I was in a rush.

The Globlin solo rewards are quiet great too.

Only complain is that the 'complete 42 bg matches' is an awful lot though.
