Incursion artifact crystal

Is this item permanently removed? Is the only option now to do the artifact trade-in for essentia?

They said it will be moved somewhere else soon. But for now it's only in the radiance store.

Okay, thanks, but these incursion artifacts can only be traded in now for essentia?They can no longer be used elsewhere?
