Twitch Drops Rewards Missing

Hi everyone

I collected the new Twitch Drops rewards, but only got the Rebirth crystals , 7* asscended cristal shards , 7+ saga rank up and the regualar 7* shards , but didnt get the 20xSaga 7* SigStones - s6
and Exalted - s6 crystal, those r missing i restarted the game but didnt get them even after playing the game couple min in hope that the rewards will spawn in my menu but they r still missing. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Porthos @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Lyra

Hi,

I have same situation but i didnt get gem 1→2.

I collect and grab 3 twitch drops even have all 3 mail "your twitch prize" but no gem for me.

yeah I posted a similar issue don’t have the 1-2 gem but got wveverything else, I watched the whole 4 hours

yeah i didnt get it either. never popped up in my inventory either
