Account Wrongfully Banned?
Hi Kabam.
I tried to login into my account on PC to play the game. I play on PC as I find using a controller with the game to be easier to handle. But just now, I saw that my account was banned. I believe it was wrongfully banned as I have not used any mods, cheats, or third-party software. I understand that as per ToS, that kind of stuff is not allowed. I would hate to start over as I have put in time and effort into my account.
If for whatever reason you believe that it was flagged, would you be able to do a one-time courtesy of unbanning the account because as I said, I'm not sure as to how this happened. As I play the game on PC via the Steam app, I'm pretty sure I could not mod it even if I wanted to. I do not play on mobile as I find touch controls to be a bit overwhelming.
