Anyone else missing rewards from the Twitch Drops

I've watched 4 hours and I was supposed to get all the rewards. i got most of them. I am missing the 1>2 7star rank up gem.

Claimed all on Twitch. Missing, at least, the rank-up gem and sig stones from week ending the 13th (AND haven't got rewards from this week - ending the 20th - either) is there still an issue
