Quake placing a concussion debuff during heavy

NOOOOOOOOPEEEEE

So recently I've noticed ever sense the quake fix that while she is charging a heavy a concussion debuff will appear on the opponent(not talking about her quake charges or whatever they are called) and this will cause WP to trigger. Is this debuff suppose to be appearing during the heavy charge?

the ability has always been there, it just showed up as a debuff though recently so you could actually see it

I don't finish the heavy.

Charge it and let the auto evade go for the first hit then manually evade the rest. The only time I complete the heavy is on the initial parry.

You can kill almost anything without ever hitting it. Very handy for avoiding limbo and such.
