I duplicated some ascension champs, when will I get the class and the champion token for ascension

None of those champs are ascended

you only get tokens by pulling the special ascended version of the champ.

I would ascend Zemo and Lady Deathstrike if they gave me the materials from the duplicates

That's not how it works. You have to pull the ascension materials from greater empowered crystals. Lizard is the only champion you could pull from a normal crystal and get retroactive materials
