Denied "Veteran" Title: I provided proof from 11 years ago, but Support doesn't care about "Why"

I am an original player from early 2015. Recently, I contacted Support to claim my missing Anniversary titles. They asked me for extremely specific details from over a decade ago—and I actually found them. I provided an official bank statement from March 18, 2015, proving my 3-star Deadpool purchase and my account's age.
Support (Senior Agent Hatcher) verified my ownership and the 2015 creation date. However, they still refused to grant the titles because I was inactive during some anniversary weeks (2018-2021).
The irony is that while they demanded impossible proof from 11 years ago, they never bothered to ask WHY I was away. I was serving in the military, where using a phone is strictly prohibited. Honestly, it’s probably better they didn't ask; otherwise, they’d likely demand a signed and stamped document from the Ministry of Defense just to 'verify' my service.
It seems they use bu login windows as an excuse to deny titles to many loyal veterans. If I wasn't dedicated, why would I have returned and spent the last 5 years being consistently active? I have dedicated half a decade back to this game after my service.
The 'Veteran' title should represent the total journey and loyalty of a Summoner, not just a login streak. I am a 2015 veteran who is active TODAY. I am looking for a moderator who values loyalty over template excuses. I have all the proof ready to provide.

The Veteran badge is for Summoners who created their account during the game's launch month in 2014.
While yours is very old, it was created in the first few months of 2015.

The game launched in December 2014. I have been playing since early 2015 (11 years). If playing a game for 11 out of its 11.5 years of existence doesn't make someone a veteran, then what does? I am well aware of the criteria. My point is that after 11 years of loyalty, strict criteria should have room for human context—like military service. A 2015 player is a veteran by any standard of logic. If Kabam values players who have been here for 95% of the game's lifespan, there should be a way to recognize that. I’m not here to argue about 'rules', I’m here to discuss loyalty with the developers.

To also add, new duration title's are not given out to players as EACH player hit's their OWN duration mark. They are given out to players all at once, in December, based on your duration AS OF THAT STARTING DECEMBER DATE.

And similarly, the “First in the Cosmos” is just for those who joined AS OF OFFICIAL LAUNCH DATE (Dec 10, 2014). Nobody else will earn that title going forward, no matter how many more years the game goes on for.

When a player provides manual proof of being there since the start of 2015 and has stayed loyal for over a decade—despite life events like military service—a rigid 'December-only' or 'launch-month only' rule feels like it ignores the human element of the community. My point is that 11 years of loyalty should carry weight beyond a specific 30-day window from 2014. I am hoping Kabam sees the value in rewarding that kind of long-term commitment for those of us who have been here since the beginning

There are titles given during the anniversary week that recognize how long you've played. For example, 'celestial being' is given to those who's account is over 3 years old.

The Veteran title acts as the 'founder' status.

If someone has been here for 130+ months out of the 135 months the game has existed, they are, by definition, a veteran. Using a 30-day window from over a decade ago to define 'Veteran' feels outdated. I am suggesting that Kabam should recognize players who have been part of this journey since the very first year (2015), as we are just as much a part of the game's foundation as the December 2014 players

I'm aware of the point you're making, which is why I said the titles like Celestial Being recognize how long you've had an account. The description of each title says "Played during anniversary week and account is X number of years old."

I understand the rules perfectly. What you don't seem to understand is that I'm not here to debate the current rules—I am here to challenge them.

Following a rule blindly for 11 years is easy, but acknowledging a 10+ year veteran who missed a tiny window due to real-life circumstances is what a fair community should do. If you think a few months' difference from 2014 matters more than 11 years of active loyalty, then we simply have different values regarding what 'Veteran' means

Checking your oldest achievements on Google Play Games or Game Center is usually the best way. Support can also tell you. It’s exactly why I started this thread—there are many of us from 2015 who have been here for the long haul but are overlooked by the current system.

I decided not to play bcos I wanted to focus on my new job

1 year later in late 2015, I had more free time for games and I decided to try out Mcoc

Never knew I would play until 2026

If I knew Kabam is giving out veteran badge many years later, I would have just download the game in 2014 and started playing but that's life, you made a decision, you accept the consequences

I don't go around forums and claim I deserve something bcos I am not a entitled person

There is red legend badge

There is purple mythic badge

There is orange Kabam employee badge

There is blue bastion badge

There is green creator badge for CCP

You can get the red legend badge from carina challenge if you want a badge so badly

You should definitely be asking the moderators that question, not me. If you’ve been here since 2014 and don't have it, that just proves my point further—the system is flawed and loyalty isn't being properly recognized. Thanks for highlighting the issue

see a reply someone got from Kabam last year (ignore my notes on it), that indicates it is for those active as of Launch date (Dec 10), not just anytime afterwards still within that December. Think I recall seeing an actual Kabam Mod confirmation of this back then too somewhere.

I assume that apples both for the Veteran badge as well as the First in the Cosmos title.
