Are the Lizard Ascension Materials Out?

I had pulled a Lizard from the last titan crystal and then I awakened him with this new Titan, but I have received no ascension materials. Have they been released? Or did I just not qualify for it somehow?

I think the Lizard cutoff was sometime on Mar 12. I'm pretty sure I also pulled him before that time & still haven't received anything. So, it's either still on its way, or we both missed the cutoff...

I’m starting to feel like the ‘when are the lizard ascend materials coming’ threads are the latest incarnation of the ‘when are my sig stones from the banquet t5a drops coming’ that we had every 20-30 minutes a few weeks back.
