Hey Mike, can you please assist me with Support ticket #951337? Basically I got kicked out of Incursion, but I never hit the quit button.

Did that time cross over one of the “reward reset times” ?
I don't think you can stay in a run continually for say all of the 28 days.

Is it a weekly reset, where you can get kicked out at ?

I'm 99% sure that's not the case since my friend was/is still in the next room. Also I basically got a reply back saying there is nothing they can do and I need to start over. I didn't even get the incursion completion email with the little amount of gold you normally get. I know its not much because i can easily beat it. However, it makes me upset to start over when it's not my fault.

I've had this happen 3+ times in the last month. Twice this week.

Kabam is incapable of letting you sit in incursions for longer than a day or two before it kicks you.

While I believe I know what happened, can you have your partner send a screenshot of the in-game chat since you say they're still in there? There is also no weekly/daily timer for this one. What time were you kicked out OP?

If you had accidentally clicked wrong button on the IN-BETWEEN pop-up asking if you want to go to next room or exit, then that would have applied to both you and your partner.

(Didn't know at first that you were running with partner, but in general that is a potentially common way to accidentally leave but probably more so if you are running as individual).

So probably instead it's one of the buttons while inside of a room (on the room map). Difference between the button that implies “EXIT completely we're all down with this incursions”, and the one that you can do (with partner) that means “I want to quit this room early, not do my path, and just advance to next room because my partner had already KO'd boss node”. Sorry, forget right now what the actual wording between those 2 are, but that could be where you accidentally chose the wrong one. ??

My guess (but it would help if/when OP can share a chat screenshot from his partner since he says they're still in) is that, on rare occasions, if you leave incursions (but don't exit), when you come back to the game, the incursions looks like it hasn't been started and doesn't say continue. When you click on it (whether solo or with a partner), it takes you to the champ selection screen. Some people then panic and exit, thus nullifying your run, but if you wait like ten seconds, it will load where you left off.

I have NEVER been kicked out of a run for no reason, whether with partners or solo. I've done continuous runs, runs with a four day breaks in-between, and more. This is what my guess would be, as it doesn't just randomly kick you out (unless you clicked the exit button and didn't mean to).

So I can recreate both of the errors. Can you have your partner send a picture of the chat incursions (not the one that says you left, but the chat)

I asked him for that yesterday and he kept saying its empty now. (He's a close friend who lives 5 minutes from my place so I can confirm it was empty).

At this point I'm just going to restart incursion and wait until my friend has a solid 2 hour to play. Thanks for trying to help guys.
