The Echo Damage Change

Is this change also going to impact the damage boost from ascension, because while it is a noticeable boost it is not significant enough to warrant change even with it applying twice.
For some champions it makes their kit now that they’re ascendable, for example, high evo, still not overpowered or a ridiculous attacker but now capable of being used, likewise once rhino becomes ascendable he would also become a good attacker when paired with ascension.
If ascension must be nerfed is it possible for some of those champions who benefit from it without becoming broken to be retuned in order to keep line with prior levels of performance.

Please can you explain how this would work with regards to ascension, or if ascension will continue function as it does presently.

Also will how vulnerabilities work also be affected by this change because that will also essentially nerf some champions. For example, once rhino is ascendable if ascension is needed and physical vulnerabilities are needed he will essentially be nerfed twice due to losing out on the ascension that he was likely tuned for and also losing the synergy with the hulk relic that can make him good on attack. Will there be retuning to accomodate for these changes or is it only external nodes and boosts that will receive this change.
