Heimdall’s fate seal immunity not working against Abyss Joe Fixit

Was testing my hero abyss run for next week and found that when the Fate Seal debuff applies from Joe Fixits abyss ability, heimdall is not immune to it despite his sig ability making him immune to all fate seal effects.

(Don’t believe Joe fixit has any way to bypass this immunity so I assume it’s just a bug with abyss fixit specifically)

It's kind of a different Fate Seal than the normal one. Sometimes you can still activate buffs when you have it. Likely and Abyss thing
