Spider-Woman (#Villain?)

The Hydra Rebel synergy reads that "while in a fight, count as #Villain and #Hydra instead of #Hero"
Does this mean that outside of the fights she's still a #Hero for purposes of the Ordeal challenge?

Cat Murdock said on reddit that she asked if Spider-Woman would work as a villain and Kabam said no.
