Did karolina used to work against infamous ironman?

Just lost to infamous Ironman with karolina in a war. I couldn't remove his armor up. I know it makes him immune to incinerates but I could of sworn I've used her before against him. Am I mistaken? And has she never worked against him or has his buff made him immune to her.

Think it’s always been like that. I recall I’ve humbled an opposing Karolina in BGs once or twice with OGIM, who functions basically the same. The Pulverize occurs when Incinerate does, not when an Incinerate would apply, so no removing the Armor Up to disable the Immunity.

Just to let you know guys idoom armour up is now austure armor up which prevents it from being removed and pulverize is like remove armor up so it doesn't work like anymore it has nothing to do with number of buffs in karolina you just can't do that Matchup anymore

OP mentioned it's war so actually you need synergy with Nico to turn incinerate into plasma

The plasma will pulverise the armour up, austere or not

This is wrong - pulverize should still work against austere buffs, austere just prevents nullify and stagger. The issue is one of a) you had less than 6 iridescence buffs, b) your Karolina wasn’t awakened, or c) idoom is immune to incinerate, so without the Nico synergy you can’t apply incinerate and trigger the pulverize.
