Weekly Supply Strike problem

I am a little irritated at a issue doing the supply strike. had my weekly quests done and my supply intel so i could do the week ending quest. I entered but didnt start the quest yet and decided to change out my champs and now i am unable to do the quest as it took my intel tickets to enetr and used them? quests always dont use the resource unless you actually complete the quest? in this case i didnt even start the quest? just ticks me off

When you click to enter that specific quest, it shows the cost of the 4 tickets and they are taken immediately
