Bugged Tooth and claw incursion

An alliance member invited me for incursions then quit as I was joining the incursion party, then the game disconnected me, when I click on incursions I get disconnected, I can't leave the incursion party and I am unable to play incursions. I tried switching to PC but I still get disconnected when I click incursions, this means I'm not going to be able to get the goblin crystals, my luck with opening them hasn't been great but now I can't even get them

This. I've never heard of anything even close to this 'bug'.

Can only suggest 2 things.

Uninstall the app (not just delete the icon) and reinstall.
If still dont work, raise a support ticket and provide screen recording and info to them. Let them check.
