Extra fragments per duplication x200 in the Titan Crystal

I know there was already a post on Discord about this, but I'd like to know if there's a deadline for when the super dupper fragments will start arriving or if we'll receive them retroactively.

I must have pulled x200 champions more than 20 times in this current Titan rotation.
