Champion rating dropped

I’m experiencing a bug that hasn’t been fixed. My account shows my prestige correctly but all of my champions are now below average.
This happened to my 6star champions but was quickly fixed. I have rank 4 champs low as 6 star champs that aren’t ascended & even lower. I tried to report the issue but never received a response or notification via in game. I am playing handicapped and need help what do I do to fix this

I did switch to redo my masteries I totally forgot.. when I went back to load out 1 it went back to normal!!!!!!
