Advice on 2 New Rank 4's

Hey! Would appreciate some thoughts on 2 champs to rank 4. I had a plan but after some crystal openings, got some great pulls and awakened/ascended better than I could have hoped for. Now, not sure who to rank up. Thanks!

I'd say Shathra and Black Panther Civil War.

Also, put a black widow relic on that crossbones.
