Game is very slow and showing network issues?

My second account is having slow network issues on an older phone.
My wifi is perfect on my newer phone with my main account.
Anyone else having network issues last few days?

So it works fine on a newer device, but slower on an older device...I have a theory.

Why not just play your second account on the same device as the main? It takes about a minute to switch
