Does Blue Marvel still need a buff?

Now that Blue Marvel is accessible to most players, do you think he’s underperforming at the moment? Or does he do well in long form?

My r4 blarvel, fully ramped was outperformed handily by my r2 sentry who hadn't even reached his max ramp yet.

Unless we get long form that specifically says we can't use sentry I cant see a reason to use blarvel
