Ascension ( Mcoc vs Looksmaxxing )

Recently happened to come across this new asinine concept of looksmaxxing and the ascension involved with it. It got me thinking , which ascension would be easier to achieve. Looksmaxxing or Mcoc? A few days in , I still can't make up my mind.
