Incorrect Bans in Battlegrounds

Multiple times today i have noticed that when I choose my bans in battlegrounds they are correct. I recall 3 times this happening to me (That I noticed), could have been more as prior I wasn't paying attention. Has anyone had these issues or reported these @Kabam Miike ? Really frustrating to have this problem and are burning more shields than I care to admit and these false bans are a contributing factor. Will we receive compensation???

(1st, assume your opening sentence “they are correct” was mistypes or auto-miss-corrected and meant to say “they are incorrect”)

Do you use an older device that maybe causes you fight issues (crashes, restarts, forfeits, etc) during BG ?
if so, then probably sync delaying issues during Ban phase, that server doesn’t get your picks registered, so times out and just randomly assigns your bans.

Maybe not as bad of a sync/delay issue that would cause a restart (and I think crash/restart really only happens once fights start, not because of similar issues during “Picks” phases), but enough that picks are not seen.

TBH i dont even look twice. after i do my bans, i just look to see who my opponent banned from my roster, and i just keep playing. but ill start to be more aware just in case.

Yeah It's supposed to day "incorrect" thank you hahahaha. And my device isn't an old one, I'm using an S22 Ultra

possible in game lag? Or connectivity issues…? This game has horrendous drop outs etc…especially for battlegrounds..never been thrown out of game more often than when I’m in battlegrounds.

so possibly your inputs are just never getting to the server in time? And then it just auto selects for you the top 3.

also….silly question I know..but you are saying that the heroes you chose aren’t the hero’s that get banned right?

You’re not saying “why can’t I select serpent when I've banned serpent on my opponent…” as both the bans selections affect both teams. Just checking it isn’t that?

Are you placing your bans before the timer runs out?

Because if you aren't, then opponent's top 3 champs will get banned instead (subject to conditions)
