Twitch drops 7* crystal mistake

Drops named the prize as saga 7* crystal but what we got was a basic 7*
Any update on this one?

Kabam already mentioned in another thread here.

Basically the amount of text characters is limited there, and what ends up being cutoff would have clarified what type of crystal it actually is.
