Free Weights in Summoner Market

Does anyone remember when they said the free weights would be in the summoner's market? I thought they said that would start yesterday, but I'm not seeing them. Just want confirmation that others also don't see them, worried I'm just looking in the wrong spot

Free ones are in game. Starts this week just for logging in. Next week is when sales start in summoners market and the events for the rest of the free ones start.
